THE RACE
Arklow to Aberystwyth is the World's longest rowing race of 100 miles. Teams are comprised of 12 rowers who row and cox the five person Celtic longboats. Crews can change over as many times as they like but the boat never stops. The 2019 race was filmed for the BBC by Small World Productions who followed the fortunes of the Llangrannog crew.
